Communication Terms

Communication Terms

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These Communication Terms apply when you call, text, email, submit a website form, request service, send project photos, or otherwise communicate with Delay Services through DelayServices.com or the business contact information shown on this website.

Types of Messages

Delay Services may contact you about quote requests, scheduling, service updates, appointment coordination, photos or measurements needed for a job, invoices, payment links, receipts, follow-up questions, and customer support.

Consent to Contact

When you provide a phone number, email address, or other contact method to Delay Services, you authorize us to use that contact method to respond to your request and manage your service. If you submit someone else’s contact information, you are responsible for having permission to do so.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies by request and project. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages or media messages.

Stopping Messages

If you want text communication to stop, reply STOP or tell us directly by phone or email. We will honor requests to stop future non-essential messages where legally and technically possible. If you have an active quote, scheduled visit, invoice, or open service issue, Delay Services may still need to contact you through another reasonable method to complete the transaction or respond to your request.

Photos and Sensitive Information

If you send photos, videos, or attachments, please send only information relevant to the job. Do not send payment card numbers, private account records, or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary text or email. You confirm that you have permission to share the images and project details you send to us.

No Emergency Monitoring

Website forms, email, and text messaging are not monitored as emergency services. If you have an emergency condition involving immediate danger or a utility hazard, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider first.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Communication Terms when our contact methods or service process change. The current version will always show the latest review date above.
